Frequent SNR and disconects

Was wondering if anyone else was having any issues with frequent disconnect and SNR's. Everything worked fine right after launch but around 2 hours afterwards I kept getting disconnected. This doesn't seem to be happening to any of my fleet mates and not having any issues with Team speak. One time it did happen I managed to get a

    I am unable to even launch the app. Keep getting timed out. I am trying to connect from NE Canada.

    I deleted the file "cash.hogg" file as described. The app seemed to begin loading after that. Patching now. Crossing my fingers :)

    Today, I have been having the "Server not responding" problem. Back when the pre-patch came out, I downloaded it, and starting having this problem about once every hour or two. Then, season 9 happened, and it was fixed.

    I had not had any more problems till after the patch today. Since then, I have been getting the SNR so much that it took about 2 hours for me to simply put a few things on the exchange. It has also started kicking me out of the game. It is so bad that I cannot finish any of the missions, and when I tried to open a ticket for it, I got disconnected from the server every time I opened the ticket window.

    I have been told that there is a thread on the forums that say that it has something to do with rep projects that were queued before the patch earlier today. However, I cannot find that on the forums. Has anyone heard anything about this, or where the post was about that?
