EDIT: The problem eventually resolved itself.


Do we have to buy every item at each Rep Level before we can Level-Up now? Because those are the only options available to me. There are no more 20 hr assignments, 1 hr assignments, nor Tier Progression Assignments, just item unlocking.

    Odds are, you just went up a tier. You need to claim that tier in the Upgrade section in order to continue....

    No, that was not it. I checked through all of the lists multiple times in all three section. There were only Tier 1 MK XII purchasables.

    But you can disregard this topic. The Rep XP options eventually showed up. It just took logging-in three times.
