omega system question

has anyone else noticed that the omega tier 3 rep mentions an unlock for the mark XI ground gear, when we wont be able to get it any more?

    on my romulan when I got my xi sets I did not get them cause maybe I got my xii sets first who knows. I think the outfits will auto unlock once you get one set complete.

    why have the unlock mentioned when we arent gonna be able to get the mark XI gear any more?
