I cannot join any qued map from anywhere 
I get "[PvPGeneral] You cannot join queues from this map." message and no i dont have any penalty either.I also restarted whole game, same result.
EDIT: well now it works...maybe.There's always people online but cant get 20 to get fleet action started and finally when it pops up, it doesnt start because "not enough people accepted".Blaah.
