Something I've been toying with for a bit, pretty fun as it is.

I call I a dreadnought because the 3 piece bonus for the romulan set is at least as good as the gal x lance, seeing as the lance misses so often I'd bet the damage would even out over a span of time.

thoughts?

First is set the Tac BOFF layout to something like

    BFAW1, APB1
BFAW1, TS2 (or whatever you want instead of TS2)
    TT1

That gets you full uptime on FAW, and an APB. You dont need two TTs.

Second, think long and hard about moving the torp to the rear. You'll never use it on approach, never be chasing anybody down either. You can hit your broadside target from the front or rear equally by dipping out instead of in, and in PVP you will have a surprise for anybody who tries to ride your tailpipe.

Third is use RSP3 in the Cmdr Engi station.

I use 2 tt's because borg. also I'm low on heals but no harm in trying it your way.

The romulan torpedo I have noticed will fire as long as your target *was* in its arc when the cycle started. i feel that having it in back weakens both arcs individually but I think this may only br preference.

    In the same vein.....http://skillplanner.stoacademy.com/?build=nebuladreadnought_0

I'd drop the torp (Go full broadside) and probably go for something like this...

    Cmdr Eng: EPtW1, Aux2Damp1, EPtS3, DEM3
    LtCmdr Sci: PH1, HE2, ST3
    Lt Tac: TT1, APB1
    Lt Tac: FAW1, APB1
    Ens Tac: FAW1

    2x Conn (TT Cooldown)
    3x Damage control (EPtX Cooldown)
    1x Matter anti-matter (Aux2Damp)

You could alway go with an offensive Sci power in that LtCmdr slot (GW, TBR, PSW) and drop the ST to level 1,

I do quite like the Fleet Amdy boff set up, so many options.

but then i would loose that free beam overload.

As for the Nebby, again I'd drop the torpedo and probably do something like this...

    Cmdr Sci: HE1, HE2, TBR2, TBR3
    Ens Sci: ST1

    LtCmdr Eng, EPtW, Aux2Damp1, EPtS3

    3x Damage control (EPtX cooldown
    2x Development lab (ST cooldown)
    1x Matter anti-matter (Aux2Damp)

This time I've gone for offensive in the Cmdr/LtCmdr Sci.

I rather have better up time on APB and FAW.

That exp plasma weapon wont do nearly as much without singularity overcharge behind it. My D'D gets 20k from hull melt with overcharge, but way less than 10k without it. You should really go with full uptime on the BFAW.

Looking at your engi seating again, I change my suggestion to EPtS1, AtD, EPtW3, AtS3 will let you keep nearly full uptime on EPtS and EPtW with 2 DCE DOFFs and give you Aux-to-SIF on 15 sec.
