    I would say no to J'empok since he is actually acting like a Klingon and the KDF has gone out of its way according to the path to the Undine infiltration only to get told by its supposed ally that they are bad ect.

    Also the whole killing Gowron thing, that is not unusual, Worf killed Gowron in much the same circumstance, for being weak and not acting in the interests of the KDF.
