Hi Sir, :D

When you Change your @mail that corresponds with your Game, how long does it take before I Can Have Correspondance please ?

My pc was infected, so I Needed to clean him ! But now I had forgotten My corresponding @mail of My second Gold Account @Allfather777. I Edited My new corresponding @mail in My Profile.

I then Logged in to My second account, and I Had the Game send Me a number that is needed to continue the Game !

But when I go onto My newly Created @mail, but I don't see any message ! so I'm stuck !

Can anyone help Me out please ? how long does it take for the changes to take effect on the subject "Edit new @mail" please ?

Thanks in advance for your answers !:)

    Oh jesus god no please.

I just spent like 3 weeks going back and forth with PWE's "customer support" with nearly the same problem. I went to change email addresses, and the new address does not receive ANY automated emails from PWE such as verification codes, password resets, etcetera.

There is something broken with their backend system that sends automated emails. It's probably still sending email to your old account. But they refuse to admit it.

Support should be able to manually send you the email you need, ask them to do that. This has nothing to do with a 'time delay' before your new email address will receive messages from PWE. Contact support; there's nothing you or another player can do on your own.
