Gold memeber account update cant find it

I need to update my debit card information on my account because I pay monthly gold member now with this new arc stuff I cant find it, the one I find is trying to sell me zen and that's not what I want, I want to find where I update for my monthly payment

    Go into the Guides Section then go into Gold Subscriptions. There will be a button there called Sign Up Now that will take you to your Account.
    STO is about my Liberated Borg Federation Captain with his Breen 1st Officer, Jem'Hadar Tactical Officer, Liberated Borg Engineering Officer, Android Ops Officer, Photonic Science Officer, Gorn Science Officer, and Reman Medical Officer jumping into their Jem'Hadar Carrier and flying off to do missions for the new Romulan Empire. But for some players allowing a T5 Connie to be used breaks the canon in the game.

    ok I went there and tried to log in said looks like browser not accepting cookies so I set my browser to accept cookies still wouldn't let me log in said same thing checked my email it gave me a Account Guard dialog box code says to put this code in when prompted well it doesn't promt me to put that code in anywhere and cant find where I am suppose to put that code in at any ideas

    Your Web browser doesn't appear to have cookies enabled. Cookies are required for logging in
    and the problem is I have activated my cookies and I still get this, also cryptic keep sending me a Account Guard dialog box code and say to put this in where prompted to well I am never prompted to any where.

    Once you've enabled cookes, you need to start a new session.

    You can do it one of the following ways:

    Simply Close and start the browser again

    If you're using Chrome, you can start a Anon session. Hold Ctrl+Shift and N on your keyboard.
    Don't look silly... Don't call it the "Z-Store/Zen Store"...
    Let me put the rumors to rest: it's definitely still the C-Store (Cryptic Store) It just takes ZEN.

    Closing browser doesnt help, there is something wrong with their page.

    I tried everything aswell, nothing works it keeps saying about the cookies.

    In the end i used my tablet to login.

    Their website is fine, cause it if weren't, it would give issues for everyone. Yes... I know what I am talking about.

    Theres something on your end blocking the cookies...

    How do I know this? Simple: The only way we webdevelopers can block cookies on your end, is by not implementing them at all.

    We either decide if we want to use cookies or not. We have zero control over your end unless you give it to us somehow.

    HOWEVER: Your browser may still think that you're rejecting Cookies, because the site registered your original choice.
    If so, clearing your cache for the site could help:
    • go to the root page: https://secure.crypticstudios.com/startrek/subscriptions/new
    • On your keyboard Press and hold Ctrl+Shift+Del
    • This will give you a dialogue
    • Chose to delete all session data, for the current page only if possible (this will remove stored sessions for all webpages if you can't, so you will have to log in again on certain pages).

    I really appreciate that you're trying to help, but please consider that i'm not exactly new to the internet, i was there on the first day so to speak.

    It simply doesnt work, i have no idea if its a ie11 (or 10) thing.
    But i know how to clear sessions and cookies etc and its not working, much like for the person above me.

    Something is wrong with the page, i dont know what it is, cause i've honestly never come across this before in this form.

    However as i mentioned i can login just fine on my tablet, so thats good enough for me.. unless that gets borked too ofcourse. :(

    Sounds like your browser dosen't send the nessacary headers. Have you by chance disable referer headers in your browser?

    I really appreciate that you're trying to help, but please consider that i'm not exactly new to the internet, i was there on the first day so to speak.

    Well all I can tell you is what I have learned in the past 15 years as a webdeveloper.

    nope haven't disable referrer headers,
    and even went through it all enabled everythinglol tried logging in my account again to update my payment meathod agai and I am still getting
