New Hakeev bug (?) - (Resolved By User)

Hi.

I just beat the event earlier and collected the reward after giving the 14 things (whatever they're called), but how do you actually obtain Hakeev? I checked in my inventory, in my ship (in the right side where you have surplus Bridge Officers), as well as my mail and even in the bank. But nothing. I also checked the c-store in case, but he didn't seem to be there either. I also shut the game down, and restarted the .exe file to log back into my account and verified in those same exact places. But nothing.

Any ideas as to how to actually unlock him?

Have you checked your DOFF (Duty Officer) roster?

^Do this. Hakeev is a doff, not a boff.

He's a Duty Officer, not a Bridge Officer. You have to look at the Doff roster.

Does his hazard emitter power apply to pets as well as allies?
