...where do I go to report missing or broken things for the forums themselves?
Murphy's laws:
1- Murphy’s Law tells us that anything that can go wrong will go wrong.
2- And anything that does go wrong will get progressively worse.
3- And if you survive the first two laws it’s time to panic.

    it seems images on the arc site are refusing to load on google chrome. they load just fine on firefox.

    same for the forums here.

    I've cleared my cache, cookies, and reset IE as I know chrome uses some of IE's settings..

    no idea what else to do here.

    Clearing my cookies seems to work for me . . . don't know what your problem is.

    ok..after trying that a third time..tenatively declaring this fixed *crosses fingers and knocks on wood lest he tempt the great god murphey*

    I'm betting it's something wrong with their configuration. I get the same problem as your example screenshot #1 off and on about once every day or two, for a duration of maybe 30-60 minutes at a time. It goes away on its own without me doing anything, hence why I think it's on their end (or possibly along the route).

    It's a cookies issue. Not all cookies are nuked when you do a generic clear cookies. You need to go through and manually nuke them.

    You can also send feedback directly from the ARC Client it is in the lower left corner.
