Title. I know my gear is half TRIBBLE, but I'd love any input on it, or my spec, or anything else. I find myself torn on what to settle on for the first two "offensive" sci abilities... but the grav well and repulsors are fun.

Doffs: x2 cooldown deflector officers, x1 +aux deflector officer, x1 tractor beam repulsor inverter guy, x1 gravimetric scientist.
I feel this thing has a lot of potential, but it needs work. I don't pvp, ever, so I don't care about what works there. I'm interested only in PvE STF type stuff.
And yes, I'll get a plasmonic leech someday.. but expensive.

As far as the skill tree stuff... what should I take out of to max maneuvers/targeting? And max EPS, really? I'm curious why you say that. I find my transfer rate coming out of full impulse to be manageable enough.
