Any way to get past ARCS infinit loop to change subscription?

This ARC force is beyond belief to the point I want to cancel my Sub and go F2P. However, ARC won't let you get to your account page, it redirects you to an account page that doesn't exist anymore, then loops back to the re-direct to ARC games home.

I don't want to have to put a block on my CC or deny payment next time they try to charge my account. Anyone have a link/solution?

    The PWE team is hard at work to make Arcgames.com and Arc better programs.. I believe you can log in, then at the character selection screen, there's a "My Account" button, press it and it should work.
    I would love to visit this star in-game...or maybe this one!

    Nope. It's an infinite loop right now, and my card is set to be charged tonight.
    Even the HELP/SUPPORT section from arc where it shows what you used to do causes it to loop back on itself to the ARC home....

    Had lost that link from a HD failure along with other favorites.
    The new link from ARC--->Billing just sends you to buy ZEN or infinite loops you

    word to the wise, if you had tried to have your bank dispute your payment or something that drastic, Cryptic would have banned your account for security reasons. A disputed payment is usually a sign that the account has been TRIBBLE, so Cryptic takes those very seriously.
