Boff slots AGAIN

hope for u guys fixing things has gone out the door for me. i just did a fleet alert then went to my dilith mine then on to fleet base to cash in commendation reports. to go back to BU sector space to find my boff slots empty the amount of times i and others have reported this in the 2 years of me playing is a JOKE.
