Hello,

is there a list of all NPC shileds, for ground and space ?

For example, and is just an example, what kind of shields does the Borg use so I can choose the suitable energy type for my weapons, something that Borg shields does not cover.

Are you talking about what types of shields (Covariant, Resilient, ...), Resistances/Capacity or possible modifiers?

Well, anyway, i don't think there are lists for those...

It would be useful to know what other buffs/debuffs/skills they're using, but not sure if anybody made a list.

Not exactly on topic, I remember from the damage report "Voth commander did X damage to you with an unknown ability."

The Sto Wiki has all the info you need. For example, it can tell you a tactical cube's stats.

But to the OP's question, npcs just have shields. There is no kind, or resistance. They're just there with a certain amount of hit points, that's it.

I ... thhinnnkkk ... What the OP is asking is, what are, if any, the various "resistances" of different enemies?

Like (only an example) is hitting a Borg with a Phaser pointless, because they have a natural (or added) defense against Phaser Damage, but they are more susceptible to say, AP weapons?

In other words, is there a list of, or a preferred weapon type such as

    - Anti - Borg weapons
    - Anti - Iconian weapons
    - Anti - Tholian weapons
    - Anti - Hirogen weapons

    ... etc ...

Or I could be way of the mark :D

Like I said, npc shields have no resistances, they just have hit points. Some, like the borg, barely redistribute shields. So the preferred weapon against the borg are disruptors, antiproton and kinetic weapons because these do the most damage to hull.

There are no such things as "anti" - any npc weapons (there were [borg] weapons but the proc never worked). Just shoot things, you'll win. If you're having problems with npcs you're probably in need of a respec or better gear, pve requires no tactics anymore.

There are now starting to appear weapons actually meant to do more damage to specific NPCs. Both the Protonic Polaron reputation weapons and the Voth Antiproton weapons from the lockbox do increased damage vs. Voth. Ground and space. Not that building out a dedicated anti-Voth loadout is really necessary, but you can if you want. There's also the Sonic Antiproton ground weapons that deal increased damage to Tholians.
