Does Nimbus III messes up Boffs on Bridges?

I don't think this was suggested yet on this dreadful problem with the random Boffs appearing on the Bridge instead of the selfcreated.
Until recently only two characters of mine had the boffs on the bridge shown as they should be. One lost this "privilege" after nimbus (sadly I don't know which mission, but I assume beaming down once = messed up forever). The other still is ok with that being my only one left without ever having set foot on nimbus 3.
