Looking for a fleet

Yes I know there are a lot of fleets out there that are recruiting. One just has to read through this forum and see all of them. Instead of me looking through all of them and joining a fleet just to be unhappy one i get there because its not exactly what I wanted I though I would make a post and see what kind of response I get. So read on to what i have to offer and what i expect in a fleet.

What I have to offer a fleet:

1. I have 8 toons so 67k per day in dil for contributions.
2. I play a lot so I can earn at least 1000 FM per day
3. Enough geared ships that I wouldn't be a burden in E STF's

What I expect in a fleet:

1. Some social interaction with fleet mates. i.e. running things as a fleet. Not necessarily a chatty Kathy fleet. But if i want to talk, run things etc. I will be able to find someone.
2. At least t3 mine, t3(or close to it) Spire. Not concerned about the rest
3. Voice comms, in case i so choose to talk
4. Command structure with potential for advancement
