Cannot submit a ticket through in-game interface.

As the topic title says, when i tried to submit a ticket/bug report using the in-game interface it doesn't seem to send off.

I've tried twice, and even tried waiting a day to see if it shows up in my existing tickets and it does not.

I've tried searching for keys by similar key terms and get no results.

I've made sure to select an appropriate category and put in a proper subject heading and body.

(Incidentally, the issue I want to put a ticket in about, I will include in another thread to keep the two issues separate.)

    Actually this is working as intended. They updated the way the bug reporting system worked a long time ago so that existing bugs don't show up in the game UI. You are creating bug reports and the devs can see them, but they won't show up in game. The "Existing Tickets" and "My Tickets" sections are hold overs from when the game actually did display them. At some point in the future they may decide to once again show them. Likewise the search feature doesn't work.

    Why it's like that? I don't remember the exact reasoning, but I think it was lag related. As long as you see a message in your chat window that you made a ticket you should be good.
