Accolades UI

I think it's time to clean up the UI for Accolades. Right now, it's a bit of a mess:

• There are categories for "Borg Front" and "Undine Front," which contain a total of one accolade each. They should be included under "Story Accolades."
• The Commendation Accolades have placeholder subcategory entries such as "Trade," which just say that there are four ranks which can be earned. They don't contribute to the organization at all, though - for example, the Trade accolades aren't grouped together under "Trade."
• Alphabetization is inconsistent throughout the entire Accolade list.
• There are categories for "Exploration" and "Exploration Accolades." I can see what the differences, but the naming structure is odd.
• A number of Exploration Accolades don't have much to do with exploration (Dabo? Arresting Remans?). Some of them might be better suited as Story or General accolades.
• The Accolades in the "General" category seem to be kind of random - it includes some of the Risa accolades while others are located under "Exploration," it includes introductory accolades to New Romulus and Omega Force, etc.
• Under "Lore Accolades," the Last Days of the Dewans and History of New Romulus entries sit right in the middle of the Path to 2409 entries.
• There are actually separate categories for "General Accolades" and "General," which is kind of hilarious.

In short, the system is kind of a mess, and should be cleaned up. It's not exactly critical, but IMO would be a nice quality-of-life improvement.

I agree some or most of the accolade listing is a bit muddled and confusing.
