How to stop desktop icon spam

Every time I start Star Trek online it adds 10 new icons to my desktop
dbghelp.dll, avcodec-54.dll, avformat-54.dll, avutil-51.dll, debug.txt, icudt.dll, libcef.dll, Crypticerror.exe, localdata, cef_cache
How do I stop this? I don't want 11 icons on my desktop from STO. I can delete them but they come back everytime I start STO.
