Fullscreen Crash

Hi guys, i've played on this PC since 3 days ago.
Yesterday I restored my PC to factory settings, i did some updatings, then i re-installed STO.

It appeared to me with strage settings:
Half Resolution and others ...

but the real problem is the Windowed Maximized Mode:
I can only switch it to windowed, but if i try to switch it to Full Screen Mode, the game crash and an error message appeared.

it said something about D3D.

For God's Sake, i've played on this PC 3 days ago and it was ok.
DO SOMETHING !!!

I re-installed the game, it took about 4 hours for the patch, finally i was able to play.
I managed to set it to Full Screen Mode, but i wasn't able to disable the Half Resolution.

However i set all the other graphic option as they were 5 days ago, then i closed the game.

Now i tried to launch it again, but it freezes on the Legacy of Romulus screen.

I'M GETTING ENOUGH OF THIS:
And I'm getting enough of you Devs too, the support system is really bad.

If you don't want to help us to play anymore, you should at least refund everyone.

EDIT:
also, consider give us back the old installer, arc is really unuseful and confusing.

to fix the half res issue in the chat window type /renderscale 1

Well, this doesn't matter anymore, cause i'm not able to start the game anymore -_-

Are you using Arc or steam?

Try launching in safe mode

It always freezes on LoR screen -_-

but i noticed this only happen AFTER i changed the settings:

First time, the game started, (i noticed it took more time then normally, but i didn't cared), and i managed to change every setting (except for the Half Resolution), but when i closed the game, i wasn't able to start it anymore: it always freezes on LoR screen.
