Change reward system for killing V-Rexes

I'm so sick of players who, in order to get all 3 dilithium rewards, shoot only once at the V-rex and then run off to the next zone to repeat the same procedure . It seems that no matter how many players there are when the fight starts I'm always left alone, killing medics and waiting for other players to arrive.

This reward system needs to be changed. A player does NOT deserve any reward for this kind of behaviour!
