How to get a "shroud" doff?

I've started a romulan Klingon-aligned toon and have not been able to get any doffs with the shroud ability. I looked it up in the Wiki and it says to go to the Ayala System in the Kassae Sector in the Regulus Sector to start a quest chain where you can get one, but when I go there, there is no quest. Likewise, is there a way to get doffs with the telekinesis trait; I managed to get one from a lockbox, but that is it so far

The easiest way, one of the missions near the end of the Cardassian front (I believe it was Facility 4028) gives you a box containing a Vorta and two Jem'hadar.

The doff chain Project Chrysalis gives a telekinetic doff, one of the few non-Vorta with the trait.

There's a couple Vorta and Jem'hadar in colonization chains in exploration sectors.

Gamma Quadrant packs and mini-packs on the exchange (the lockboxes and promotions that give them aren't in effect currently) have a chance to give Jem'hadar and Vorta with these traits. Dominion fugitive exchanges also give a chance for this - you can get fugitives by completing the Facility 4028 doff chain and finding the repeatable unlocked at the end.

Federation have the easier option of Tosk doffs from Gamma Quadrant packs or just searching the exchange, which are easy to search for because they're all named Tosk. They're a faction-restricted species, though.

Telekinesis; found on Vorta DOffs and the Advisor DOff you get from completing the Project Chrysalis assignment chain.

Shroud; found on Jem'hadar DOffs.

Ayala system isn't an assignment chain, it's the mission "Facility 4028" from the Dominion Featured Episode series, you have to be playing that story arc to get the mission and when you complete the mission you get a one-time-only DOff pack with a Vorta Biochemist, Jem'hadar Projectile Weapons Officer and Jem'hadar Energy Weapons Officer, all purple quality.

You can get Vorta DOffs by completeing the Zenas Expanse Colonization assignment chain and Jem'hadar from the Breteka Nebula chain.

You can get some from the Dominion Lockbox.

Occasionally, you'll get a Vorta or Jem'hadar DOff from the 'Dominion Prisoner Exchange' assignment.

The odd Tosk doff turns up from time to time in Cardassian space, too; these guys have Shroud, but without some of the Jem'Hadar's more militaristic traits. Again, follow up on refugees and related assignments, when you get the chance, which is not all that often.

Actually, only the Vorta is purple. the Jem'Hadar DOffs are blue quality.
