...talking to players is like being a mall Santa. Everyone immediately wants to tell you all of the things they want, and you are absolutely powerless to deliver 99% of them.
Grant Crew Leave - Allow crewmen to take shore leave and visit their families.
Get a critical success using four Jem'Hadar and a Vorta.
that's a good one. My favorite is doing weird collections of crew for the dinner assignment. What would a Breen, a Tholian, a Romulan, and a Cardassian talk about over dinner?
For the candy cane MREs, I routinely send two Tholians and two liberated Borg.
For resettling colonists, I send two Vulcan entertainment holos and a bartender. Likewise, I send a mix of Vulcan and Orion holos and a bartender for Dyson shore leave "services." Gotta keep morale up.
Snowball fight: Crit on sending 3 Jem'hadar tactical on it.
"We are denied the honor of our Captain, we fight to regain that honor even at the price of our lives. Victory is Life" Jem'hadar charges the other side.
"They do know its a snowball fight?"
"Well the other side doesn't know they are Jem'hadar, yet"

That one is so stupid, he lost a Rock/Paper/Scissors game to a Pony.
Gotta love sending the exocomp on the "Drinks On The Town", mission, and about 1/4 of the time it's a success, but with casualties.....and it's the danged Exocomp that got hurt!!!!! (*Dang thing can't hold it's liquor, LOL*):D

I had a bartender and a chef crit interrogation resistance program. I had a common photonic die during Hamlet once. 1000 ec's well spent... My flight deck officers are pretty good at turning in contraband and resettling colonists. Caitians are good like that. I feel like I'm cheating by having the exocomp and photonics "walking around in thermal underwear" (sung like winter wonderland).
When I first started doffing (i.e., had a lot of common doffs and little understanding of the system), I had an epic Hamlet failure. It resulted in something like 11 deaths and the rest of the cast consigned to sick bay. Obviously they took their performance very seriously and disabled the holodeck safeties to enhance the realism. :P

Two drinks and it starts flying into things.
Lets see... I've sent Hortas out for drinks, Hortas out for a night on the town, and gave them winter coats.
Sent Tholians, Jem'Hadar and Breen to resettle colonists and on diplomatic missions around the galaxy.
The weirdest one, the Turbo-lift Maintenance mission. I can send my "best" purples on this mission and have it epic-fail every time. Send a bunch of commons -- critical success. Every time. Tell me it's not rigged.
EDIT: Send five horta on a mining mission. Epic fail -- all end up in sickbay. Five bartenders -- crit success. WHAT

I also used to pit Horatio vs Horatio on 3D chess missions. I always bet on Horatio winning. :P

I accidentally sent a jem'hadar on some sort of diplomatic mission he succeeded. lol

I did that too. (They get recommended on account of being Resilient.) The match was called after 47 tied bouts - they both kept choosing 'rock'!
