In the foundry editor, a great many objects are very 'white' shapes. this is at least in my case giving me issues with 'snowblindness' trying to make things work right when aligning them because white border on white border...is annoying
Yeah, I was wondering about that. I've got a spot on the map "Starbase 32 and Clarus System" in "Bait and Switch, Part II" (ST-HUJ8TR2HG) that's basically one huge white splotch because of a K-7 covered in nebulas.
It appears to be a bug limited to the object placement map. It looks fine when you go to preview.

2013 has been a terrible year for the foundry. First we lost a working search menu, then we lost costume import. Then the foundry was buggy and slow from June til September now this bug....
Please Cryptic put some more dev time into the foundry. We are really being beaten up over here!

There is a fix for this bug which is inbound. The issue touches so many resources that it requires a new baseline build for the fix to make it in, so I'm waiting for the next scheduled baseline to be made. Hopefully, we'll see this fix soon but I can't give an E.T.A. at this time.
That's quite the paradox, how could you nerf nerf when the nerf is nerfed. But how would the nerf be nerfed when the nerf is nerfed? This allows the nerf not to be nerfed since the nerf is nerfed? But if the nerf isn't nerfed, it could still nerf nerfs. But as soon as the nerf is nerfed, the nerf power is lost. So paradoxally it the nerf nerf lost its nerf, while it's still nerfed, which cannot be because the nerf was unable to nerf.

On the upside... Cardassian buildings are affected to a lesser extent than most. some parts of cardie buildings show up as tan instead of white!
