Looking to buy dead Tier 1 or Tier 2 Fleets

I am looking to buy tier 1 or tier 2 fleets, possibly tier 3. Either the fleet is dead and going nowhere or the grind is becoming too much then I can help.

I am willing to offer any leaders of any fleets I obtain access to my fleet stores and resources plus generous compensation plus any loyal members are welcome to join my fleet. We are a Tier 4 Starbase, Tier 3 Embassy and Mine and Tier 1 Sphire. I am open to negotiations.

    Im paying with in game assets, such as EC. I am not soliciting to obtain a in game asset paid with a out of game asset. When I say compensation I mean Energy Credits and other in game assets. Nothing out of game.

    I have several T1 to T3 fleets that are inactive with NO members in them... I doubt thats what you had in mind for your purchase... i would clarify that you are looking for members, not the fleet itself.

    No, I am interested in the Assets of the fleet, not members. If a fleet has members that is fine. I am just interested in how far the fleet has progressed. I am also willing to invite fleet leaders of the fleet or fleets I aquire membership in my fleet with fleet store access. Tier 4 SB, Tiers 3 in both Mine and Embassy and close to Tier 2 Sphire.

    i have a lvl 1 fleet atm i do not want its lvl 1 95 percent lvl 2 starbase no embassy no spire and lvl 1 work on 2 dilitium mine messege me if your interested

    Just out of genuine curiosity, if you have an incomplete starbase yourself, what are you going to do by acquiring other people's incomplete starbases?

    That is apart of a much larger plan, which I will not reveal.

    Also to just be clear, I am looking for a Federation Fleet.
