I've noticed two new features of the mission tracker.
1. The main part of the mission tracker and the lower part with the objectives now resize as you move your cursor over them. Hovering your cursor over the main part makes it bigger and reduces the size of the part with the objectives, and vice versa. I think this is a good change.
2. There is a new part of the mission tracker in the Dyson Sphere. This part shows the relative score or territorial control of the players vs. the Voth. The problem is that this part overlaps with the "Low Priority Interaction" buttons. Perhaps, this is only a problem for those of us with small screens. The following screenshot was taken at a resolution of 1280x800 with the HUD reset to default:

My worry is that Cryptic seems to be introducing more and more UI elements that take up more screen space.
