Where can I find Bug Forum...? Under what heading...?

OK... I've been told 2x about the fact that I should be using "The Bug Forum" to seek assistence... but I can't seem to find anything with that heading...or even anthing close to it...
Reading print on the screen hurts my old eyes and makes them go blurry as it is... do can someone PLEASE give me some CLEAR, SIMPLE instructions as to how I get there...? there was no real info in the unrelated warning I just recieved... just a reference to this "Bug" site...
Please help... I'm old, retired and widowed... I have nothing better to do than focus on this issue [and my frustration] at the present time...

    Well thx for trying but I'm still seeing no link... ah well... I'll keep messing with settings I guess... thx for trying tho...!!

    PS; not sure what the preceding Troll comment was about... but I AM internet illiterate... so If he meant me he is mistaken about me "trolling"... I'm just old, frustrated and not in my element...!!
