apparently, the problems I had on tribble ported over the the holodeck server. My mouse icon can't go below the loading bar and will not go below level 3 of the icon tray. I'm planning on resuming my subscription in December, but if this bug isn't fixed, then I'm unable to play. I can't justify spending $15 a month for being unable the basic elements of the game. And I'm probably the only one with this issue.
Anyway, thanks to all who read this.
EDIT: forgot to mention that I can't create new characters due to the mouse icon can't get to the menu tabs like head, body or uniform as well as the next button
