Photonic Fleet Special Abilities?

I have noticed in the past that Klingon Cruisers from Photonic Fleet can sometimes fire Bio-Neural Warheads and that Federation Photonic Cruisers can use Tractor Beam.


So what I want to know is what have you seen? What abilities to various types of Photonic Ships have and what in the world do the Romulan Photonic ships get? I ask the last part because they generally seem to not do anything special as far as I can tell.

    Freakin' Viral Matrix from Fed Photonic Fleet, lol. Then again, that was before the revised Photonic Fleet, so I'm not sure if the huge variety the Fed version got remained intact; my Sci captains are KDF and FedRom, so I see what they produce more often. Anyway, that was a pain in the aft, paired with what the Sci was doing in the first place. Haven't been on the receiving end of the Rom version, so less used to seeing what they produce. KDF, pretty much see either a Raptor or a Negh'var... not much variety there.

    Thankfully, I suppose, the Feds do not seem to do that one anymore. Anyone else noticed anything different?
