Can't Enter Drozana Station

I took the mission "Enemy Action" on my level 16 Centurion Engineer. The first thing I'm supposed to do is go to Drozana Station and speak with Tal'Mera. Problem is, no matter how I approach the system, the option to enter and head to Drozana Station is NOT popping up... I've tried dropping the mission and reacquiring it, and nothing works. How do I talk to an NPC on a station that the game won't let me get to?:confused:

    I have the same problem but with the unlocking the box mission. Can't seem to enter any stations or systems.
