General:

• Sphere of Influence can now be started on New Romulus.
  • Once the mission is accepted, it can be started at the Embassy door in the Staging Area.
• Captains can now sit in the captain's chair on the bridge of the Obelisk.
• Captains will now be placed in the Jouret system after completing Sphere of Influence.
