Sphere of Influence minimum level to play?

Having understood that incoming The Sphere content is endgame level, I wondered about the teaser Featured Episode arc? What is the intended minimum level for a player to participate come Thursday?

I suppose there will be a blog about it tomorrow. If I were to guess I would say level 10.

My understanding from comments from Branflakes (though not necessarily on the forums, might have been in an in-game chat) is that the Sphere of Influence episode will operate much like its series predecessors.

It will for its initial run be Level 10 so pretty much everyone can play it. After the initial run, it will be folded into the mission journal, at which point I imagine it will be at or near max level, given (as the OP said) it pretty much all takes place within max level context.
