Commodity Price Bug -- NEW -- easily fixable

"Special Commodities" (Warp Coils, Self Sealing Stem Bolts, Entertainment Provisions, Seismic Stabilizers, and Terraforming Systems) are sold at DS9, Drozana Station, and either Risa or K7 at full price.
From the New Romulus Embassy these Special Commodities are all sold at 75% of the full price.
From the Tuffli Class Freighter and the Suliban Cell Ship (which are described as able to match the lowest prices available), there is no discount for these five Special Commodities.
Furthermore, the Ferengi trait "Lobes" does not work on the vendor console at the New Romulus Embassy.
The fact that the ships, which exist almost solely for the commodities Quartermaster, are clearly bugged and not receive any discount (and sold at the full price) is a serious bug / seriously overlooked, for these five very commonly required commodities.
The fact that the Ferengi trait is unaffected and that it is actually more expensive to buy these commodities as a Ferengi from a special Quartermaster on the Tuffli or Cell ship, than any race of character from the New Romulus Embassy is a serious oversight and bug. (Imagine, a Pakled able to get a better price than a Ferengi! Oh the disgust!)
But seriously, thank you for all your hard work to make this game as great and enjoyable as it is, and I hope you will be able to promptly acknowledge and fix this bug.

As an example, Terraforming Systems are 1200 full price from DS9 Drozana and K7, 1200 full price from the Tuffli and Cell ships, 960 with Lobes from DS9/Drozana/K7, 960 with Lobes from Tuffli/Cell ships, and 900 with or without Lobes from the Embassy. When you need to buy these commodities in the tens-of-thousands, it really is quite non-trivial.)
