trading special and regular bridge officers within account

Now that I am pleased to see Cryptic viewing accounts as a customer instead of each character, I am hoping we will soon have the ability to trade our commissioned bridge officers between characters on our accounts for training and transfer, especially those bound officers. Stahl had mentioned an exchange or it being possible around season 8. I guess its time to start keeping some eyes peeled to see if it comes to fruition.....i sure hope some of us have been waiting on this feature for a longtime....

    /signed. I'd kill for this feature. Wouldn't even mind if it was restricted by faction. My tac training my engineer's tactical officers. Make it so.....Plz.

    I do remember Stahl mentioning an exchange but I've honestly given up on that at this point. I'd happily settle for being able to move officers within an account. I'd also like to see moving dilithium and doffs between characters on the same account streamlined.
