Fix the Tailor Space and Ground

To the Dev's!

It would be nice if you fix the tailor, honsetly it is broken like hell.

For Space:

Changes does not aply you have to select the ship class again before anything happens.

For Ground:

You can't load a saved costume, the best thing you can do is to load the outfit and this is anoying like hell.
