So your stance is that since no previous ship has been shown firing phasers from emitters on the nacelles, no new ship CAN be shown firing phasers from emitters on the nacelles.
The Ent-E never had phasers on the nacelles. Taking that to mean that the Ent-F can't have them (despite being 30-40 years more advanced and designed with the ability from day one) is spurious logic at best.

The oddy may be a newer designed ship, but the nacelle design is still similar to the enterprise-e and has no actual visual nor blue prints showing it has an array mounted on its nacelle. Also despite powering weapons little yellow dots which is simply from a game designer's perspective would put them directly in the exhaust flows way! It's not to say you couldn't go about mounting an array on a nacelle, it just doesn't seem viable on this particular ship due to the nacelle design and the supposed location it is seen shooting from so in short my answer would be yes.
That can be handled by weapon ports on the nacelle support pylons and secondary hull.
Yes you would be correct there, as the oddy does have phaser arrays on the nacelle support pylons as well as the aft tail section of the ship. Not to mention the wide 360* ability of the saucer.
So did the Enterpise D/E. Watch the opening volley from the end battle in Star Trek: Nemesis. The Enterprise E doesn't seem to have any problem providing cover fire in the direction of the nacelles.
My Advanced Escort used to fire cannons from the bussard collectors way back when. It looked ridiculous and I'm glad they changed it to something more reasonable. I wish they'd do the same for the nacelle hardpoints on the Oddy. Looks silly IMO.
I agree, it would make more sense if the dev's located the rear fire to come from the aft tail or support pylons. And if the oddy does in fact have nacelle mounted arrays make the shots come from the mid points instead of the rear exhaust tip!

Feel free to locate any array on this ship's engines as it has a pretty similar designed nacelle to the oddy. Would it make sense to have one there? Sure it would, but until actual blue print information is made available i will back up my facts.

And yes i apologize and stand corrected that a ship did in fact mount an array on it's nacelle, but from the picture you can clearly see how big they are http://en.memory-alpha.org/wiki/USS_Venture and than try and see if you see anything like this on the oddy!
