Okay, so i just bought 45 EUR worth of zen, wanted to join the game to spend them without thought or goal just for the sake of wasting some money, cause i felt like it^^ .... but couldnt. Why you might ask? Well I coudnt because the launcher window would be displayed outside of my desktop. Only reason I spottet the reason for this was because of this little animation in windows where the window flies from the task bar to where its displayed.

basically the reason for this problem was that the launcher saved its last position and after me switching my left and right monitor the previous coordinates for the right screen where now far outside the given desktop.

so pls, dear cryptic devs, pls pls pls start doing things right. not "so so" but correctly, and tested and all. a first year computer science student should know that whenever dealing with absolute coodinates, you have to check for whether or not those are within the given boundaries, in this case, my current desktop setting...

and while you're at it fixing this, could you pls fix the bugs on the start screen as well?

What you're describing is a shortcoming of Windows and not what Cryptic would consider their problem since no part of the game offers multi-monitor support.
You can easily resolve the issue yourself by rearranging you monitor assignments to get access to the hidden windows or restarting the computer in single monitor mode to reset the windows.
If something is not broken, don't fix it, if it is broken, don't leave it broken.
    Oh Hell NO to ARC

what you just wrote makes no sense at all, applications are set to always show up at one spot , usually its the center of the screen there are exceptions to that.ON the note of the launcher it sounds like a windows issue if not its how their saving the launcher position which doesn't make sense still at that with your story.
