Why Can't KDF Go To The New Vacation Map?

Well, of course KDF CAN Go There... But They Need Marauding/Raiding Party.... So IN THAT Case, it Is Mostly Just ANOTHER Federation Map. Is this on PURPOSE? Why can't KDF Go To Risa's new Map if it is CLEARLY Cross-Faction W/ The Summer Event. Now, MOST of KDF Jet-packs Etc Are USELESS!

P.S. NO KDF Is Too War-Bound To Vacation...

    It's a fed planet. was only made available to kdf for the summer event.
    It's not my fault if you feel trolled by my Disco ball... Sorry'boutit.

    Heh,... no wonder why I dont see any feds in KDF space... There are TONS Lvl 4 DIPLOMACY.. but what is there to go TO?
