how do you get a Klingon bridge officer as federation?

Other than Space dock and and exchange, how do you get a klingon bridge officer as federation. STO wiki doesn't specifically talk about it. I have spend time in the Klingon sector looking for the assignment. I have seen the Federation Klingon bridge officer sold on the exchange and you can buy them with dilithium at the space dock. :cool:

    Other than how you answered your own question, I don't really know how else you get a Klingon bridge officer as a Federation player ^^

    Dreadnought class. Two times the size, three times the speed. Advanced weaponry. Modified for a minimal crew. Unlike most Federation vessels, it's built solely for combat.

    While I was levelling my Engineer Caitian , I actually got a Very Rare quality Tactical Klingon as a reward for levelling up. This Caitian is my third Feddy character, and I noticed that the bridge officers I have gotten from levelling are never the same species. For example, one character reaches captain rank and receives the choice of a Trill, Saurian, or Human. The second character reaches Captian and gets the choice of a Human, a Ferengi, and Alien. The third character to reach Captain gets the choice of an Alien, a Klingon, and a Trill. The only constant seems to be the Humans, and the rest are random species.


    And once you reach T4 Diplomatic rank, you get to choose a bridge officer from KDF side.
    I completed a 2-man CSE, ISE, and KASE, Optionals included. And I soloed Winter Invasion.

    There is also a very rare recruitment DOff assignment. I do not believe it is dependent on location.

    And once you reach T4 Diplomatic rank, you get to choose a bridge officer from KDF side.
    As I recall, the only options are Gorn, Nausicaan and Orion. Because you can already receive Federation-aligned Klingons using the above methods.

    Once you hit T4 in your DOFF Diplomacy skills you get a free enemy faction Bridge officer. I have an Orion woman on my crew complete with the Orion outfit. So I believe they come with the KDF Uniform as well as she did.
