Transporters button buggy since patch

Recently I have been experiencing periodic problems getting transport from various areas. Specifically, the transport button is not working on ESD sometimes on my Fed characters. To get to my ship, I have to run to the transporter room, go to SFA, then use the button to get to SOL or Sirus sector. Others in my fleet have had issues on their KDF characters on First City and having to use the same method to go to KA and then get to their ship from there. One person in my fleet was stuck on DS9 since there was no option to work around getting off the station. Killing themselves didn't work, logging in and out didn't work, they decided to log out since they were stuck. Has anyone else seen this bug appearing on their characters?

    I have had this happen as well on a couple different characters both fed and kdf / rom allied etc -

    happend on DS9 and on Drozana station, the transport button top left of the mini map is greyed out instead of clickable - loging out completely and back in fixes it.. but when you beam down run around do whatever you came for and then find out your trapped it is kinda anoying..
