Torpedo Spread III

Not sure if I have missed something or missed a patch that resulted in a change or if this is a bug. I know I used to be able to spend skill points and my tactical captain could then train my officers in Torpedo Spread III. It appears now that I cannot train TSIII.

Is there a skill I should spec in that I am missing? Any information you all can provide is much appreciated.

    Spread as far as I know has always been a Boff only skill, HY III is what a Captain can train.

    According to wiki, the only way to train it is to use a purple BOFF. However, you can have a "free" TS3 trainer with the jem'hadar BOFF rewarded by the mission Facility 4028.

    Ts3 has always been boffs only.

    High yield 3 can be trained by tact captains

    Yep, Spread III has always been the boff-only skill and HY III trainable, just as Beam Overload III has always been boff-only and BFAW III trainable.
