I posted this in the Zen/C-store subforum but I think it is better suited for here:
1. It has neither expose nor exploit capability (They are not listed at least)
2. the secondary mode roots you to fire
3. the secondary mode does NOT get reduced by the new firearms trait. (or whatever it's called)
4. A 20 second cooldown is redonkulous on the secondary. It is simply TOO LONG given the limited, seemingly hard-capped damage it does. Period.
I hope these are just bugs, Please fix.
