Feddy Tutorial mission

so ive just gotten done beaming survivors off ships and delivering them to the medical ship and then once i did that i got warped tot eh area that you kill damaged borg probes but its saying ive failed helping the survivors or something and im now stuck in the area with no way out, can anyone else me with this problem?

EDIT: never mind had to biomass my character and start again. not a good sign for STO.
