sound problem in stf's

i have been having a problem with my chars own sound for the last few days, its only when i join a STF, i cant hear my chars own sound fx like weapon firing spells. i can hear everyone elses just not mine, and if they get too far from me its silent. reset my game sound, no change, what is the problem. :confused:

    I've found this happening as well, but it's intermittent

    Yep I have been finding it too and yes it's intermittant. I have also found that since the launch of LoR where previously If I had computer suggestions turned on the voice was clear, but since LoR the voice is muted distant like she's in a tunnel. I get this too for my bridge crew if they should have something to say during things like explore new worlds for example a bridge crew member may say something like "we have a problem" but he or she sound like they are a few light years away.
