3/4 Jem'hadar ground set? whats the 4th item?

I have 3 of the 4 items for the jem hadar ground set.I paid the lobi's for the mk xii upgrade, got the pistol and upgraded it also even tho its not needed for the set.I can't seem to locate the 4th item I need. I seems like I need 2 armors? since it says I have only 3 of the 4 items I cant get the bonus items with the full set.i'm guessing one shield,weapon and armor's not enough.not sure what to do.Went to STO wiki and looked at the set but it doesn't shed any light on what I need or what mission I missed.So do I do a mission and choose the armor again? kinda confusing.

    The Jem'hadar ground set only has 3 pieces: Weapon, Armor, Shield. That gives you a MK XI set. You can use Lobi to upgrade those 3 pieces to MK XII.

    Having 2 pieces gives you the Shroud. Having 3 pieces also gives you the Combat Triage ability.
    STO is about my Liberated Borg Federation Captain with his Breen 1st Officer, Jem'Hadar Tactical Officer, Liberated Borg Engineering Officer, Android Ops Officer, Photonic Science Officer, Gorn Science Officer, and Reman Medical Officer jumping into their Jem'Hadar Carrier and flying off to do missions for the new Romulan Empire. But for some players allowing a T5 Connie to be used breaks the canon in the game.

    I guess is just a display bug, i've heard about the borg set asking 4 pieces i.e. two deflectors a few weeks ago, so it may be a similar bug.

    Might be a bug as it asks for 2 armors, but why am I not able to locate the shroud to drop into my tray to use? I see the combat triage.

    Shroud acts automatically when you get shot - it has a % chance of shrouding you every time you get hit. It's not something you turn on.
