We already brought down the Tribble server for maintenance to apply a new update.
ST.31.20130714a.14

General:
  • Thalaron Pulse will no longer force players within it's attack radius to lose control of their ship.
  • Andorian phaser weapons have had their audio updated to sound more unique.
  • Server Stability Updates

    Not much pointed out there.
    Yes, those updates are alright, but i would like an answer to this question:

    Are there more updates/nerfs/buffs in this patch which didn't get it to this list?

    why was the sound change of AP weapons never mentioned anywhere? are these getting the old AP sound?

    Hello Dev's :)

    I tested out the andorian phasers on Tribble just now and I need to tell you that I hear no difference in sound of these Dual Heavy cannons or Dual cannons.

    These are the MK XII Fleet Andorian Phasers that I am talking about.

    They still sound like regular phasers on tribble, even though the patch notes say they were changed.

    The andorian phaser cannons do not sound any different, just tested them on tribble, no change from regular phasers.

    How about adding some Elite Fleet Andorian Phaser, or enabling fed aligned Romulans to use those blue Phasers too, so that we can actually enjoy the more unique sound?^^

    The sound is not unique. I just tested them and they sound the same as regular phasers still, as they did before this so called change...

    By the way, why would they let just anyone use the andorian weapons? You have to own the Andorian escorts before you can purchase them, and you have to have one of those ships unpacked for that character first..romulans and klingons cant use the andorian escorts.

    I want my special weapons to stay unique to my fed toon that purchased the andorian escort. Thanks

    Now dev's..please look back into the sound of these weapons, they were not changed, even though you said they were.

    Missing your exploit?

    They should add a cool down timer to "Mirror Event' since lots of people use it to speed level toons.
    Playing since launch in 2010.

    Boo I liked that bug it made Thalaron usable in pvp bring it back pretty please!:P

    yep it sure is a nice way to level up and get some dil..... AND 99.9% OF THE PLAYERS LOVE IT JUST THE WAY IT IS!

    Not only that, but rapid-running the thing is POPULAR. In fact that is in some ways half the appeal. It's only for an hour, but you can run it back-to-back-to-back, and it's some pretty sound blow-stuff-up action.

    You're never short on people joining up on that queue - often for the fourth time an hour, or more.

    Game companies have every right to fix exploits in their games.

    then they came for the Tour

    who will stop them when they come for the Mirror Invasion.....


    At least there is server stability :D

    Its got a cooldown, its called being available only during the event. now go whine to someone who cares about idiots like you.

    If they Trash the mirror event, I hope to see as big an out lash as the Season 7 BS with STF's.

    don't be mad bcuz your "tour" got fixed just bcuz some of us can run the mirror event four times in a row in a hour, like I have said before there are better ways to make EC in game besides ToU.

    I did "Tour" once when it came out. Watching paint dry was funner than running 'Tour'.

    I just love all the morons that cry when their exploits are destroyed by game Devs.

    That's right. IIRC, it doesn't allow access to Andorian phasers. But I think Fed RR characters could still use that escort. They can use the Blockade Runner, though not the Blockade Runner Retro.

    Everything up to T4 fed/kling ships. This was a userbase suggested idea which they thankfully followed.
