Romulan Engineer plasma turrets (ground)

Ok so the Romulan engineer now beams down proper plasma turrets. Good.
However it uses a klingon beam in effect on my Fed/Rom, my quantum mortar uses fed beam i same with drone beam in. All should just be romulan beam in.
Also using a Purple Armory DOFF to beam in 2 extra plasma turrets it only beams in 1 extra even though it states that it should be 2 extra.
