2.5% Polaron beams penetrate Shields fully
2.5% Tetryon weapons deals X 4 damage to shields
2.5% Antiproton drains 25 Energy from all sub-systems
skills
Increase Cool downs to double current cool down rate
nerf damage % on Formations to max 5-10%
Prevent more then 1 skill being activate per a officer
Well, your post look it has been written by Umhari himself. While it was a laugh, those posts were simply not reasonable or even viable without actually destroying most of the game.
I wont go into details, but i'll give you my $0.02 for free:
1) Learn the game and try to improve yourself by reading and learning
2) By writing this post as if you're a supposed dev, is not allowed.
3) You either learn to be good at this game. Leave this game if you don't like the current state or create your own game if you want to test "your" ideas.
That's quite the paradox, how could you nerf nerf when the nerf is nerfed. But how would the nerf be nerfed when the nerf is nerfed? This allows the nerf not to be nerfed since the nerf is nerfed? But if the nerf isn't nerfed, it could still nerf nerfs. But as soon as the nerf is nerfed, the nerf power is lost. So paradoxally it the nerf nerf lost its nerf, while it's still nerfed, which cannot be because the nerf was unable to nerf.
The only change I would like would be altering the shield regeneration mechanic from 6 second ticks to 2-3 second ticks (and cutting the amount of regen into third/half to balance).
Regen isn't feasible when done in large chunks, as a 6 second window is more than enough time to die.
People also need to consider the 'You Can't Get There From Here' problem...there is no point in suggesting a total re-write of the game.
