No Off Duty options

Ok...after coming back after a few months I created a new character. At lvl 30 I decided I wanted to try the new Risa Quests out so I went to the tailor to create an off duty outfit.

Except...there was no option for off duty. I see two available slots (presumably for off duty and my Fleet uniform) but I cannot access them.

So I went to "create" thinking this would just use one of my empty blocks. However, there were no offduty clothing...it was all uniforms. It was as if I went to "modify" instead.

I tried everything.

I looked and googled for any explanations but the explanations were just like how I could create a uniform a few months ago.

Someone told me they changed it to where you could not wear off duty uniforms until lvl 50...I am really hoping that isn't true because that makes no sense at all.

Am I missing something?

Did you look under the "head" options? In the upper right angle there is suposed to be a dropdown that allows you to change from uniform to off duty. It's only availible under the "head" options in the tailor.

Also, to create a new uniform, just select your existing one and click "create". It will use the one you have as a template, but when you do the changes and click "purchase" it will create a second uniform slot next to the existing one without messing up the primary one.
