flying high

dont see the flying high person so i can do the flying high mission

never mind had to beam up and beam back down to see the person

    instance 13 look under the beam in pad
    instance 2 not yet located
    instance 44 was floating above vendor earlier
    instance 41 last seen out at sea
    some or all of these may by now have changed

    A group of people with nothing better to do has been Tracking them down.

    I think someone has been attacking NPC on Risa because on 1 of the instances the Floater Vender has some shield damage and is not in his normal spot and is in a fighting style stance.

    This could explain problems with the Event Coordinator also not at her normal location.

    the real question is "how?" Maybe the subspace field trick?
